Lawful bases
Information is used when necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform an agreed contract, to meet legal obligations, or for legitimate business interests in responding to enquiries, maintaining records and protecting the website. Those interests are considered against your rights and reasonable expectations.
Service providers
Website enquiries are delivered through FormSubmit and received in a Google-hosted email account. Website hosting and security providers may process limited technical information. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or public authorities when required by law.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, information is handled under the safeguards and privacy terms used by those providers.
How long information is kept
